The Service

Cuvéos is a software subscription providing AI-powered wine recommendations, palate profiling, cellar management, and wine market research. Cuvéos does not sell, ship, or facilitate the purchase of alcohol. You confirm you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.

Memberships & Billing

Paid memberships are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on Cuvéos systems. You may cancel anytime via Manage Billing; your membership remains active through the period you've paid for, and no further charges occur. Monthly allowances (Intelligence Credits, label scans) reset each billing cycle; unused amounts do not roll over. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion — write to support@cuveos.com and we'll be reasonable. Prices may change with advance notice before your next renewal.

The Nature of Recommendations

Cuvéos provides editorial recommendations for enjoyment — not professional, financial, or medical advice. Market figures, valuations, and projections are AI-generated estimates and should not be relied upon for investment decisions.

Warranty & Liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.

If we update these terms, we'll ask you to confirm again inside the app before continuing. Please enjoy wine responsibly.
