Your Data Is Yours

We never sell your personal information, and we never share it for advertising. Your flavor profile, cellar entries, and pairing history are used strictly to curate your personal recommendations — nothing else.

AI Processing

Cuvéos is powered by Google's Gemini API. Your prompts, photos, and taste inputs are transmitted securely to Google solely to generate your results, and are handled under Google's API data policies. Please don't include sensitive personal information in your requests — the sommelier only needs to know about dinner.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches Cuvéos systems; we store only your membership tier and Stripe customer reference so your account works.

Security

Your login credentials and private data are stored with Google Firebase using industry-standard encryption, in transit and at rest. We retain only what the experience requires.

Your Control

You may use Cuvéos anonymously, sign in to sync across devices, or stop at any time. Discontinuing use ends collection; your saved profile remains only so your account works when you return. To request deletion, contact support@cuveos.com.
